Our various clubs and activities are popular and well attended. Whether you are looking for physical, social, or cultural activities, there is something for everyone, and our staff and service users are constantly coming up with new ideas and excuses to get together and have fun.

Smile Discos and Kaleidoscope are open to all, not just people receiving a service from Inclusion, and Energy group is for all clients of support organisations.

Please contact the office to find out more.

THE ZONE

Mondays from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm

The Zone is a club for under eighteens.  Its a chance to meet and make friends, develop social skills and take part in a wide range of activities - club members decide.

ENERGY

Tuesdays between 2 and 3 pm at Kirkton Community Centre.  A chance to get active and improve skills.  This group is open to all clients of support organisations  and ideas for the sessions come from the participants.

DRAMA GROUP

Our "Take a Bow" drama group meets on a Thursday evening.  Every year the troupe put on a brilliant show around Christmas Time.  Rehearsals are well underway for this year's performance of "Grease".

KALEIDOSCOPE

Friday evenings at The Inclusion Group.

Kaleidoscope is for over 18s.  Everyone meets up for tea in the office and after the dishes are cleared, its time to socialise and enjoy an evening with friends.

MONDAY DROP-IN

The Drop In on Monday afternoons is a chance to meet up informally with friends to plan events and develop artistic, IT and literacy skills.  Sometimes its just to have a chat!

SMILE DISCOS

Once a month on a Wednesday night at "Industry" in the Seagate, the discos are one of our most popular events and are open to all.

THEME NIGHTS

These are for service users and they decide the themes - fancy dress is often involved, but not compulsary.  Always great fun and another chance to get together.

In addition to the clubs, our service users attend concerts, away days and most popular of all holidays with friends.   People who require additional support rarely enjoy the freedom of going away from home for a holiday with friends.  Trips take a great deal of planning and are costly to arrange, but the benefits to those taking part and their families at home, are immeasurable;  its not just the week they are away, its the joy of anticipation and the zillions of photographs they come back with.  Our fundraising committee has holidays high on its priority list!
